7 Hills Blues Fest Upcoming Blues Concerts, Festivals & Events in Ireland

The 7 Hills Blues Fest is returning to Armagh City this summer, bringing a great weekend of live music across the city's historic streets and venues. Running from Friday 31st July to Sunday 2nd August, it's a brilliant few days that has become a real highlight of the summer for music lovers, families, and visitors alike.

With over 40 free gigs hosted across 15 different venues, there is a fantastic atmosphere right across the city. The festival really places live music at its heart, offering a lovely mix of intimate indoor pub sessions and lively street performances, meaning there is usually something to suit everyone.

Each year, the weekend brings together a fine mix of emerging talent and well-established names. The line-up features brilliant acts like Crow Black Chicken, the Eric Bell Trio, and Rob Strong & Band, alongside returning favourites such as Lee Hedley. There is also a great showing from local talent, including Villiers and the Villains, Courtnay Giffin, The Dirt, and Freedom 35s.

Because the performances are spread right across the city, it's a lovely opportunity to wander around and explore Armagh while enjoying great live music at every turn.
