The Stonecold Hobos (DTB Live Blues & Dancing) 18 June 2027, Arthur's Blues & Jazz Club, Dublin

Blues is made for listening, dancing and sharing, and that's exactly what Downtown Blues is about. Based in Dublin, this non-profit group has been introducing people to Blues dancing for over 13 years, with weekly classes, social dancing and workshops for all levels. But the music doesn't stop when the classes finish. Through its DTB Live events, Downtown Blues brings live Blues bands to the stage and gives everyone a chance to enjoy the music together.

This time they're treating us to something a bit special! Martin (Stonecold Hobo) will open the night with a relaxed acoustic set, slowing things down for the first part of the evening (we know our dancers will love this one!). Then, after the break, he'll be back on stage with the rest of the Hobos for a full-band set.

The Stonecold Hobos are well known on the festival circuit in Ireland, playing all the major dates including Rory Gallagher Festival-Ballyshannon; Poc The Blues-Monaghan; Blues On The Bay-Warrenpoint; 7 Hills Blues Fest Armagh; Belfast Blues Fest; Letterkenny Roots n Blues Fest; Howth Blues And Roots and many more.

DTB Live takes place upstairs at Arthur's Blues & Jazz Club, where the front seating area is cleared to make room for a proper dance floor. There's plenty of space to enjoy the music, but don't be surprised if you find yourself joining the dancers before the night is over!

Expect a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, great live music and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the Blues.
