The Gareth Hughes Blues Band Directory of Blues Bands in Ireland

The Gareth Hughes Blues Band is a unique 5 piece who deliver up a special blend of raw chicago blues, with a mix of west coast swinging jazzy style blues.

They are fronted by Gareth on vocals and harp, and pay tribute to the great harmonica players before him, Junior Wells, Little Walter, William Clarke etc.

The band is held together by the jazz influenced guitar stylings of Martyn Garbett and Niall Greer, whose blues steeped jazz styles allow the band to bring this traditional music to life.
