Urban Mojo Blues Band (DTB Live Blues & Dancing) 12 November 2027, Arthur's Blues & Jazz Club, Dublin

Downtown Blues, a blues dancing community in Dublin, is celebrating the 14th anniversary with an evening of live music on Friday 12th November 2027.

Blues is made for listening, dancing and sharing, and that's exactly what Downtown Blues is about. Based in Dublin, this non-profit group has been introducing people to Blues dancing with weekly classes, social dancing and workshops for all levels. But the music doesn't stop when the classes finish. Through its DTB Live events, Downtown Blues brings live Blues bands to the stage and gives everyone a chance to enjoy the music together.

This time, Downtown Blues is welcoming back the Urban Mojo Blues Band, but with something a little different planned for the occasion: a slower set than they usually play!

The dancers love those moments when the music slows down and there's time to really settle into the rhythm, so this is something they're especially looking forward to. A little anniversary treat for everyone who's been part of the DTB journey over the years, and a lovely way to celebrate 14 years of Blues dancing together!

DTB Live takes place upstairs at Arthur's Blues & Jazz Club, where the front seating area is cleared to make room for a proper dance floor. There's plenty of space to enjoy the music, but don't be surprised if you find yourself joining the dancers before the night is over!

Expect a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, great live music and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the Blues.
